Noscenda beta terms
These are product-level beta terms, not a substitute for legal review before a commercial launch.
Study support, not a guarantee
Noscenda generates explanations, questions, marking feedback and mastery estimates to support learning. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Mastery and exam-priority scores are estimates, not guarantees of grades, exam content or academic outcomes.
Your course material
Only upload files you are permitted to use with the service. Uploading material does not transfer ownership to Noscenda. You remain responsible for complying with your school, college, university or exam provider's rules, copyright restrictions and confidentiality obligations.
Academic integrity
Noscenda is designed for revision, practice, explanations and feedback. Do not use it to impersonate your own work in a live exam or to breach the rules of a graded assessment. Your institution's assessment rules take precedence.
Beta reliability
This build is a beta. Features may change, scans can fail, and AI/provider availability can affect service. Keep your original course files; Noscenda should not be your only copy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another student's account or files, bypass usage limits, upload malware, attack the service, misuse API credentials, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Age scope
The current closed beta is configured for testers aged 18 or over. Do not invite under-18 users until the operator has completed the child-specific privacy, age-assurance and age-appropriate-design work required for that release.
Before public launch
The service operator must replace or supplement these beta terms with legally reviewed terms covering operator identity, payment/subscription terms if applicable, liability, termination, governing law and consumer rights.
